Peloton Guide—where the power of AI meets personal training. Place the compact monitor under, or mounted to, your anchored TV, and watch your room transform into an interactive, guided strength experience. Peloton strength classes include features like the Movement Tracker, Self Mode, and Body Activity, which are used to personalize your routine over time. You’ll get credit for every rep you complete, see yourself on screen next to instructors, be able to compare and correct your form, and watch yourself grow stronger. Plus, your Peloton Guide is compatible with Apple Watch® or any Android watch device running Wear OS 3 or higher, so you can set up one-tap fitness tracking to monitor your heart rate and close your rings. Pay $24 a month for a Guide Membership, which includes access to the entire library of Peloton Guide content for up to five people in your household and access to the Peloton App. For existing All-Access Members, Peloton Guide will be included in your Membership at no additional cost. If you’re an existing App Member, you can upgrade your Membership with the purchase of Peloton Guide. You will be prompted to upgrade your Membership into an All-Access Membership on your TV as you’re activating Peloton Guide. Make sure to cancel your current Peloton App Membership to avoid duplicate charges. If you are paying via a third-party platform, make sure to cancel your Membership through the appropriate platform. GUIDE MEMBERSHIP – A Guide Membership must be purchased separately in order to access content on your Guide. You’ll pay Dollar 24/mo for up to 5 people and get access to content available on your Guide and the Peloton App. Existing All-Access Members do not need a separate Guide Membership. Existing App Members can upgrade to the Guide Membership.
MOVEMENT TRACKER – Like a personal trainer, Peloton Guide will seamlessly count your reps, set target goals, and track the weight you lift so you can improve and grow stronger. This feature also keeps track of time-based movements as well as EMOM (every minute on the minute) and AMRAP (as many reps as possible) compound exercises. Choose from 500 plus movement tracker-enabled classes to explore this feature.
SELF MODE – See yourself on screen alongside instructors to track your movements-from bicep curls to squats. Compare your form in real-time next to the instructor as you go through Peloton strength classes.
PERSONALIZED CLASS RECOMMENDATIONS – Get class recommendations based on muscles you worked in previous workouts. Plus, access classes created specifically for Peloton Guide, including Floor Bootcamp, Split Programs, and Strength Roll Call.
COMPACT EQUIPMENT – Peloton Guide can sit right under, or mounted to, your anchored TV. You will need about 4 ½ ft x 6 ft of space-about the size of two yoga mats side by side-to move.
WEIGHT OPTIONS – Adding Peloton weights, or using equipment you already have at home, will make the Peloton Guide experience more robust as you get stronger and progress. There are also a number of bodyweight classes available on Guide that do not require weights.
SETTING UP – Peloton Guide requires a WiFi connection and a TV with an available HDMI port and 16:9 aspect ratio. Your Peloton Guide will come with a 5-foot HDMI cable and a 5-foot power adapter, which will work in a standard outlet in your home.
