Leatherhead, UK – March 16 and 17, 2024 – Get ready to be enthralled by the majestic world of felines at the Felinology TICA International Cat Show, coming to Leatherhead on March 16th and 17th, 2024. Hosted by Felinology, this spectacular event promises two days filled with unparalleled cat elegance and charm.
Cat enthusiasts and curious onlookers alike will have the opportunity to witness some of the world’s finest feline breeds compete for top honours in various categories, including Best in Show, Best Kitten, and Best Household Pet. Held at Leatherhead Leisure Centre, this prestigious event will showcase the beauty and grace of pedigreed cats as well as beloved household pets. TICA recognises 71 Championship Breeds, many examples of which will be at the Show. For more in depth information about our most popular breeds, visitors can watch our “Purrade of Breeds” where we will have a Judge discussing some of the popular breeds with their breeders or owners present along with great examples of each breed, ready to meet the public.
Prepare to be mesmerized as judges renowned for their expertise in feline standards meticulously evaluate each contestant, considering factors such as coat texture, colour, and temperament. Whether you’re a seasoned breeder, a passionate cat owner, or simply curious about the world of felines, the Felinology TICA International Cat Show offers something for everyone.
In addition to the main competition, attendees can explore vendor booths offering a wide array of cat-related merchandise, from gourmet treats to stylish accessories. We have some wonderful Leatherhead Crafters with their wares at the show. Educational talks and demonstrations on cat care and behavior will also be happening over the weekend, providing invaluable insights into the world of felinology. Katkin, Royal Canin, Simon’s Kitchen, Huskaloo and Kittlit will be on site to chat all things cat food and cat litter with the public, with opportunities for the public to purchase or receive samples of these fabulous products!
The weekend is rounded off with our Best in Show Presentation, where the winning cats from the weekend, Best Adult, Best Alter, Best Kitten, Best Household Pet, Best Household Pet Kitten, are presented with their prizes as the overall Show Winners.

### About Felinology:
Felinology is a TICA Registered Cat Club that was founded in 2016 by Joanna and Emily Bell, who are Cat Breeders and huge show enthusiasts. The focus area for Felinology shows is Surrey and Kent. As event professionals with over 30 years of experience each they aim to provide and incredible weekend for exhibitors and visitors alike.
Felinology is dedicated to promoting the welfare and appreciation of cats through education, advocacy, and exhibition. As a member of The International Cat Association (TICA), Felinology upholds the highest standards of feline care and husbandry, ensuring that cats of all breeds receive the love, respect, and attention they deserve. We have 3 local independent rescues that we support that will be at the show, and welcome donations for those Cats and Kittens in need of a little extra care. We are also supporting Wood Green a national charity who will be with us over the weekend.
We also have an art competition running for children from the Leatherhead area. All children are welcome to submit entries in person or deliver to the hall marked for attention Felinology, prior to the show, these wonderful creations will be judged by the President of TICA, who is visiting us from Texas to judge at the show and Prizes will be awarded for the top 3 in each category (2-5 year olds and 6-10 year olds) This will be judged during the lunchbreak on Sunday 17 March.
