Run don’t walk and grab yourself some of the new, limited-edition Tree Hut Cherry Rave Collection! As you may know, Cherry Rave is one of the Tree Hut Fall 2024 fragrances that was released in Foaming Gel Wash, Sugar Scrub, and Whipped Body Butter. They’d have made a killing if they did a body spray for this because it smells straight up like Tom Ford Lost Cherry!
You know how I was talking about how Are Beauty Brands Making Less Or Is Social Media Selling It Out Faster? it my post earlier today? The Tree Hut Cherry Rave Collection is seriously a good example of this. This popped up around July or August on Amazon and immediately sold out. It was literally very, very difficult to find anywhere. Thankfully enough, it popped up at Ulta around mid-August and has since that time stayed in stock! I do think they should keep this around as part of their permanent collection as it smells amazing and pairs up great with either the original Tom Ford Lost Cherry Perfume or it’s sister fragrance Fine’ry Not Another Cherry Eau de Parfum (or any other Lost Cherry dupes you may have hanging out in your collection).
The two best pieces in this collection is the Tree Hut Cherry Rave Whipped Shea Body Butter and the Cherry Rave Sugar Scrub. I thought the body wash was nice but the scent was a little weaker compared to the body butter and scrub! If you know anything about Tom Ford Lost Cherry you know she’s a little weak and requires a little TLC to stick around. That’s why this body butter is fantastic. It’ll totally boost the fragrance and it lingers on skin all day with a cheery, slightly boozy cherry note. It’s delicious.
Tree Hut says the notes in this are Dark Cherry, Raspberry, Rhubarb, and a soft note of Amber. It goes hard on the dark cherry and has a sweet, boozy element that’s addicting! I think the raspberry isn’t detectable but it adds sweetness and a little tart zing to the fragrance and amber isn’t at all overpowering it’s just enough to make the fragrance sultry and slightly warm. I don’t get the rhubarb note at all! It’s not a cough syrupy or cherry candy type of scent! It’s much more elegant and dare I say fun and cheery in a way. The scent lingers strongly and it adds such a much needed boost to the lightness of the Lost Cherry Perfume which can pull weaker if worn alone.
The best part? The price tag! These babies aren’t the price of Tom Ford Lost Cherry! All are priced at $8.99 to $11.49 each! Sadly, I doubt Cherry Rave will stick around long so grab it now before it disappears for the season!
