The right bra or underwear can make or break…well, it can make or break my DAY if I’m being honest. If I am even remotely bothered by a thread on my bra, it’s all I can think about. I’ve discovered a few absolute essentials when it comes to bras and underwear, and a few of these things are items I’ve been raving about for years. With summer around the corner, I wanted to remind you about some wardrobe essentials to keep you feeling comfortable all day long.

One. Soft Stretch Brief : I have been wearing these briefs for years. They are all I wear to work out in, I sleep in them, and I wear them with so many different outfits. They are super thin, extremely stretchy, and hold up like a dream.
Two. Ankle Sock : If I’m wearing a sneaker, these are the socks I have on.
Three. Boyshort : You may not think it, but a boyshort is the perfect option to a “panty-line free” look without having to wear a thong. The “boyshort” line ends right at the bottom of your bum, so no lines show on your shorts or pants! These specific ones from Spanx are perfection.
Four. Wireless Bralette : Believe it or not, I’ve been reaching for this bralette for pickleball games and other low impact work outs! The support is great and I literally cannot feel it when I have it on, which is kind of the dream, right?
Five. Pure Luxe Underwire T-Shirt Bra : Sometimes this is what I’ll go for if I’m wearing a more fitted top and want support, shape, and comfort.
Six. High Waisted Brief : These are smooth as heck. Like, if I’m wearing a dress or any kind of fabric that would possibly cling to my Chantelle briefs, I will opt for these high waisted ones.
Seven. Relief Bra : This is my most worn bra. I reach for it over and over, and it’s the kind of thing I will urgently to laundry for. The support and comfort is just as you would expect, and I like the thin straps, and the adjustable band.
Eight. Fits Everybody Thong : I’m not a huge thong wearer, but when I wear one it’s this one.
Nine. Cloud Comfort Underwire Back Smoothing Bra : This is a newer bra for me and I really like it. I feel like it smooths the sides of my back well and offers great support!
