These are the kinds of products that I could talk about every single day.
Shave oil // Blue Buffing Bar // Orange Buffing Bar // Razor
I can’t go more than 3 days without shaving my legs. I hate the feeling of prickly leg hair, and I don’t even have much or thick hair.
This method of shaving, though, has made my legs feel smoother than ever even on day 3.
In the shower, I use one of my Soft Services Buffing Bars to exfoliate my legs. I really like the blue bar for a stronger exfoliation, but the smell and gentleness of the orange colored bar is sort of irresistible as well. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
So I use the bar by rubbing it up and down my legs. It sloughs off dead skin, feels very nice, and creates a nice smooth, clean surface.
Next I put a pump of the Tree Hut Vanilla Shave Oil on my palm and rub it all over my legs, making sure to cover my knee caps and the backs of my thighs. Those are the areas that I can sometimes rush through resulting in getting nicked by the razor.
The razor I use is sharp in all the good ways. A new blade cartridge lasts at least 10 shaves, sometimes more. Again, my leg hair isn’t thick or dense. I get the smoothest, closest shave with the Athena razors so I threw away all my other razors promptly after I started using this brand.
Post-shave, I’ll reach for either my Osea Body Lotion or Oil although sometimes I want a richer body cream and I’ll choose the Soft Services Carea Body Cream. It’s very rich and nourishing.
I have stuck with this shaving routine for months and will never go back to my old ways!
