Hepper is thrilled to announce the launch of PangoVet, a unique telehealth service designed to help pet parents with veterinary issues. We have a dedicated team of veterinarians and content creators who strive to provide pet parents with the most up-to-date, accurate information.
What Is Telehealth & Why Choose It?
Telehealth is an online service that connects you to a health professional from the comfort of your home. While this type of service has been available to humans for some time, it is now offered to pet owners and we are excited to be a part of the movement!
Due to rising veterinary costs, staff shortages, and pandemic-related impacts, many pet lovers have trouble accessing reliable veterinary services. Traveling with anxious pets to the nearest veterinarian is a common problem in smaller markets.
However, labor shortages have affected veterinary clinics worldwide, and some pet parents in larger cities cannot speak to their veterinarians for as long as they would like. Maintaining a close relationship with a veterinarian is crucial, and many pet owners need more than a few minutes to discuss their pets’ problems.1
About PangoVet: What It It and How It Works
PangoVet is our company’s newest venture, allowing pet owners to speak to licensed, experienced veterinarians about their pet’s health problems.
Our telehealth service offers personalized advice in 20-minute calls, and pet parents can address their pet’s health issues from the comfort of their homes. They can make appointments for the calls ahead of time to get expert consultations whenever it’s convenient. This innovative approach will benefit all pet owners, but it’s especially useful for those who travel several miles to see a veterinarian.
With PangoVet’s video calls, pet parents can relax on the couch with their beloved pets and talk to a qualified vet for longer than they typically can at a clinic. PangoVet will also benefit anxious pets who dislike traveling in a car or visiting the veterinarian.

Why Choose PangoVet?
“The key is our personalized approach to medicine—what you expected 20 years ago when everyone in the local veterinary clinic was a familiar face, and really connected with you and your pet. So much has changed in the veterinary industry, especially since Covid, and these wonderful relationships have been lost. Telehealth allows us to really focus on both healthcare and building back these relationships, for the better of all involved.”Dr. Lauren Demos, DMV and one of PangoVet’s leading experts
