How much should I blow up my Balance Bubble?

We designed the Norco Balance Bubble to be blown up by mouth because it is so easy to do so. Blowing up only takes a few easy breaths depending on how much inflation you want. The amount of air will depend on how experienced you are with a balance disc and what your intentions are for use.

Beginners will want to try the Balance Bubble straight from the box to get used to the unstable surface. Once you gain confidence, slowly progress to a comfortable inflation level.
