As we all know Tarte does an annual Maracuja Lip Sale where everything is between $11-$12 dollars which is why the new Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Collector’s Set is sort of a good deal but now really. Allow me to explain but first, I want to say that I really like forward to that Maracuja Sale. I think one of Tarte’s biggest standouts is their Shape Tape Concealer and all their incredible Maracuja lip items. The formulas really are outstanding on the Lip Plump, Lip Oil, etc…! And even though they had a recent 40% off Cyber Sale I still think the best deal is during their Maracuja Lip Sale. This year, unfortunately, I do expect to pay more than $10 to $12 per item. I’m thinking we’ll likely see items at around $14-$15. Sucks but hey, what can you do? Inflation right? Normally this sale happens twice a year or so! Once in the Summer around 4th of July and again a little before Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Tarte did recently launch a cool collector’s set or vault if you will! The Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Collector’s Set that launched exclusively at tartecosmetics.com. Chances are we’re going to see another 40% off sale for either Black Friday or Cyber Monday (or maybe both!) and sure, this is a good deal right now at $99 as it works out to $10 per item but considering I’m not a lipliner kind of girl it isn’t the best deal in the world for me as it does include two lip liners. Eh…! BUT it’ll be a great deal if it gets included in the Holiday Sale as it’ll be $60 and at that point you’re paying six bucks an item! Which is amazing! This set is actually really similar to the Tarte 9-Piece Maracuja Juicy Lip Vault that launched last year on QVC and at the time that was actually $60. The shades and items are different but the concept the same! As a fan of Maracuja anything I can see myself grabbing it when it goes on sale.
